Business Objectives What are the business objectives you are trying to accomplish with this project? Examples include: • Create a world - class engagement & loyalty program that meets our customer expectations through self - identification, recognition, education, rewards and engagement. • Increase engagement and the frequency with which our customers interact with us across all channels. • Reduce customer attrition rates • Drive higher online conversion rates through the use of customer recognition, rewards and redemptions. • Increase customer capture to build the marketing database with complete data. • Esta blish a consistent dialogue with our customer when recognizing, rewarding and giving something back to our customers based on spend and non - spend behavior. • Leverage an integrated platform provider with state of the art systems and technology that allows us to manage member segments in building deeply loyal segments.
